The Kentucky Extension Homemakers Association annually offers two internal grant programs to fund projects implemented by KEHA clubs, county organizations, area organizations, or Kentucky Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Extension professionals. The scope and purpose of each grant program are unique, and specific guidelines apply to each.
KEHA Mini Grants are awarded to KEHA members, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension agents, or Family and Consumer Sciences Extension state staff for research and study that will provide a benefit to KEHA. KEHA Development Grants are awarded to counties or areas for the implementation of projects to benefit the membership. Applications must be prepared by KEHA members and outline the role of members and FCS professionals. Applications are due March 1st each year and should be sent via certified mail.
