The Kentucky Extension Homemakers Association is a member of the National Volunteer Outreach Network, a multi-state organization formed in 1995, with Kentucky as one of the charter states.
Globally, KEHA has been a member of the Associated Country Women of the World since 1936. As an ACWW member, KEHA participates in the Country Women’s Council USA.

NVON comprises member organizations working together to promote communication, education, and volunteerism for all people. In 1995, KEHA joined with similar associations in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Wisconsin as the charter member societies of NVON. CWC is a coordinating council composed of ACWW member societies in the United States. The Kentucky Association (KEHA) has been a member of the United States Liaison Committee, now the Country Women's Council (CWC), since 1939. This group meets annually to promote the work of ACWW.
ACWW was founded in 1929 to bring together rural women and their organizations all over the world. ACWW’s membership spans 82 countries. KEHA (formerly the Kentucky Federation) joined in 1936. ACWW is a network that allows rural women to connect their voices. It works to improve standards of living for all women and their families through its worldwide projects.
