KEHA Manual

This Handbook is a reference tool that provides specific information about Kentucky Extension Homemakers Association, Inc. (KEHA). In 2026, the Website Review Committee and members of the former Manual Review Committee recommended changes to how the KEHA Manual Handbook is organized online. KEHA President Henrietta Sheffel approved these changes. In an effort to promote ease of access, you can now find forms conveniently located with the relevant content. Because the Handbook is a large document, it has been divided into three parts:

• Part 1 – About KEHA, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Standing Rules, Credential Forms, Treasurer Remittance Form, Membership Recognition Form, etc.
• Part 2 – Calendar, Awards and Contests, Program of Work guidelines, Educational Chairperson Programs of Work, VSU forms, chairperson report forms
• Part 3 – Scholarships, Grants, and State Meeting Materials and Forms

This history of the organization has been removed from the Handbook document and will now live permanently on the website at keha.org/history.
